We can’t wait to get to know you & help you create your perfect day!

Everything we do is about you—the small personal decor touches, making sure you get every moment captured perfectly when we thoughtfully create your timeline, to making sure your honeymoon suite is perfect upon your arrival (even if it happens to be the room the groomsman got ready in earlier). We know every moment counts in life, and we want you to be able to take the moments of this day in to the fullest.

We're here to answers your questions!

What is the average budget wedding you’ve done?

Our average wedding is around $75,000-$150,000 but we love the variety within our clientele. Our first full coordination wedding was $30,000 and we helped them create a wedding that looked at least double that cost—so we are up for using our creativity to maximize and stay within all budgets.

What is the average sized wedding you do?

We have coordinated weddings from 60-350 guests! Our average is around 130, but we are happy to accommodate larger weddings by expanding our team on the day of to fit your needs.

How many hours do you spend planning a wedding?

This answer can vary depending on your venue, guest count, and budget. On average we spend around 350 hours for our full coordination weddings--the majority of which revolves around design details, logistical planning, and vendor communication.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes and no. While we do technically have a preferred vendor list, we really value getting to know our clients style and budgetary needs to match them with a few vendors we feel would be an amazing fit. This also helps to ensure our weddings truly cater to the couple's unique taste and personality.

What percentage of my budget should be allowed to wedding coordination? (And how does a coordinator help us save money in the long run?)

Coordination is generally 10–15% of your wedding budget. More can be allotted if you are having a destination wedding and need full service, but I would generally recommend staying within that range.

We love helping our clients maximize their budget—we can help you find incredible vendors within your price range and use our connections to yield discounts that you would not be granted without a coordinator. We find holes within contracts and can advise you how best to proceed to maximize what you get for your money.

What is required to book my wedding?

  • A signed contract (a simple and safe process that you can read and sign online)
  • A 50% deposit
  • The remaining balance is due on your wedding date

What do you love about what you do?

Full planning and design has our heart. We absolutely love walking our couples all the way through from venue selection to hand-picking vendors we think will compliment their style and personalities well, to mood board and color palate creation, and then working with those vendors to bring everything to life. We truly feel so lucky to be able to work with some of the kindest, most inspiring, and madly in love couples and it is such a joy to get to know them and be in their corner throughout their engagement and planning process.

When should I hire a wedding coordinator?

Immediately! Even if you do not have your venue yet, if you have a few dates in mind, please reach out to us!

We love being a part of every step of your process and can generally help you avoid major budget-eating pitfalls when choosing venues or negotiating terms. This is a huge perk of hiring us right away.

We also want to help create a vendor team for your wedding day that will allow you to have the best experience possible. Having us there from the beginning will allow you to do that.

Also, it’s good to keep in mind that you’ll be hanging out with your photographer and makeup artist about as much as your groom and bridesmaids. Who you choose to have by your side is important!

We can give you tips on where to splurge, save, and who we feel would be the best fit for you.

How can I track my budget? How do I know what to do at different points in time during my planning process (or know what you’re doing if you’re fully coordinating and designing my wedding)? How do I keep track of my guests?

Well, all of those questions have one answer—Aisle Planner!

This is our online wedding coordination software that we share with our clients. It’s amazing and cutting edge for the industry. Think Google Docs made for your wedding day—you can set a date for specific tasks, allocate them to a certain individual, and check them off when they’re complete. It allows you to keep track of your budget, vendors, and vendor payments—including receiving payment reminders via email. It even has a guest list manager so you don’t need to worry about creating an intensive excel sheet. Plus, with online capabilities you can access it all from your phone!

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Cash or Check
  • Credit card (which can be inputted into the contract software I email to you)
